What a waste of money! Worst breakfast I’ve ever had in my life! Do not order from this place. We spent $25 for each crepe but it was prepared carelessly! They missed the cream on my crepe so it was cold and very dry. but what could be worst?! The apple crepe comes with only 2 pcs of apple slices inside?! look at the scrambled eggs. Is that how it’s done?!! Fried and chopped so it looks like it’s scrambled? Utterly disappointing. I’m never ordering from this place again.

Food is good, but I wish they served sweet potatoes. The service was very nice, friendly and fast. The atmosphere is good, busy, but you always get a comfortable spot to sit. It is clean too.

*Doordash order*Toast and crepes were completely burnt black. Sausage tasted stale and scramble eggs looked like it came from a tv dinner box. They manage to toss in a loose milk creamer which splattered everywhere inside of the bag.

Do not go on the weekends. Wait time 15 minutes, food wait time 1 hour plus. Food comes cold, fruit comes hot.Out of the mouth of an 8 year old "worst breakfast ever"Food staggered to table and multiple dishes sent back.Came many times during the week and everything was fine. DON'T GO ON WEEKENDS.

I have to redo my review and lower it to 1 star, almost everything was burnt, when told the waitress, just told me i should have said so, they would have replaced it...not sure if they are blind or something, it's burnt, just don't serve it in the first place. The only hope left was the apple caramel gauffre, but even that, got to crunch in apple seeds from don't give a damn when they cut apple. The chef, if it's a new one, don't give a damn about what he's doing. The waitress "Sylvie" is quite aggressive, service is at the edge of not acceptable. Will go to another breakfast place for now, may try in a couple months or maybe year before going back there.

We've given this place many chances. The kitchen makes a lot of mistakes, and we always just let them go; wether we dine in, pick up or get delivery, we've tried them all. This last time was the last straw. Our two orders of Eggs Benedict arrived with one of four eggs, no bread, and one of two hollandaise. As we ordered through their website, we contacted B&F through their website, that was three weeks ago, there has been no reply. We also tried calling the store, and the response from the person on the phone was "I can do nothing for you." No acknowledgement of the mistake, no attempt at fixing it, no directions on who to contact or how. I'm very disappointed.

Hit and Miss... the skillets were very good but on the more regular breakfast plates (ie: bacon, sausage and eggs... that was a miss... sausage undercooked, bacon burned, not crispy... black burned... very little potatoes. Would not make a detour to go again!

This was my 2nd time at ben and florentine because i loved it so much the first time. But today was not like my first experience.. I was quite dissapointed to be honest. Let's start with the fact that i ordered a smoothie once i sat down and they came back saying that they didn't have the fruit for it, ok no big deal i ordered a diffrent kind. 45 minutes go by and I still have yet to have my drink. Our waitress came to bring our food (1 hour later) and i mentioned that I still didn't recieve my drink that i ordered when i sat down. She said "oh my god are you serious" and went to tell the girl to make it asap. Finally got my drink almost an hour later.. now let's talk about food, i asked for bacon well done and it was the most mushiest bacon i have ever ate that I didn't even eat more than 1 slice. My eggs had no yoke to dip and i asked for them to be just turned. We also asked for white bread and got brown and no one ever came to refill our waters or ask us how the food was. Very dissapointed and probably won't be back due to the service experience and food quality..

We waited over an hour to get our food and drinks. It was a busy morning but no reason for this service. Rotten bananas on pancakes, no maple syrup, skittle was dry, no sauce.
