First time I went to this place the food was amazing and the staff was amazing can't wait until I am back in Gatineau to go to this place again for supperDietary restrictions: My neice has severe egg allergies and the waitress was always asking the kitchen staff what had eega and witch didn't and they made sure we didn't have anything with eggs in it amazing service
Very cozy restaurant, with Latin music and cheerful decoration. The price/quality ratio is very reasonable ($20 to $30 per person).The waiters are very attentive and friendly.I'll leave the best part for last: the food is exquisite. Nachos with tomato sauce are the best without a doubt, with the exact touch of spiciness to make the culinary experience a 10.The drinks and the rest of the dishes are also up to par. They never disappoint.

Another great meal, always love the pulled pork tacos.Sadly it was a Sunday afternoon and there was only 1 person working....this resulted in slow service and waiting for items. It got so busy that she had to open the upstairs too.Definitely not a good idea to only have 1 employee working. There are many people looking for work in the FB Aylmer Community group.
Parking: Small parking but lots of street parking and also a parking lot across the street.

everything about this is a gem, and if you're not too squeamish please try their calamari!! sometimes I go to get myself just that, it's so good!their drinks are also phenomenal, mixing the different types of sangria together was one of the best recommendations from a server that I've ever had the joy of trying! :

Been at the Bistro Mexicana a few times over the Summer and Fall. Food and service is always excellent, and we really enjoy the one-man band on Thursdays. Prices are very reasonable also. I always order the 4-beer bucket special. Really happy to have this gem in Aylmer. Almost forgot, they have the best patio in Aylmer. A+
