This was our first visit at this location.Our waitress was Vero, she was courteous, funny, very helpful and so fun. It was my husband’s birthday and she went out of her way to come check on us on numerous occasion. I highly recommend this location.

The food was really bad we got chicken tacos and it was cold and not fresh. Also got a salade and it had no taste. All the ingredients wasn’t fresh. The service was long .Unfortunately I don’t recommend this place.

Too bad the waitress is alone to serve and welcome the prices go up extremely and no specials on lunchtime. We arrived at 12:30 p.m. and left at 1:45 a.m. Still a long time for a chicken burger and the lunch buffet is not too appetizing. In short, I don't know if I'll go back but I don't think so. On the other hand, the waitress is super nice.

Servers were ignoring us for 10 minutes when we walked up to be seated, only two girls working from what we saw and were not busy. We had to go and ask for a seat.They told us we couldn't sit at the restaurant, just at the bar and asked for ID.When asked why we were not able to sit on the other side without alcohol, the server did not answer and said it's "company policy" in a very rude tone.I'm unsure if it was because we are anglophone, that they were refusing to serve us normally.I hope this location loses more business as the staff is extremely unprofessional

Terrible expirence. I went with 4 adults and 2 kids on a Saturday afternoon and waited over 45 minutes for service after being seated. Nobody offered drinks or to take ordersSo after sitting for 45 we left without ordering and explained to the hostess and manager on the way out that it unacceptable. No apologies were offered, they didn't care at all.Would recommend Mike's on St Joseph instead - ended up there after and they saved the night. This Boston Pizza isn't worth it.

This restaurant takes advantage of its customers. The service was poor, we waited an hour for the menus. Then they forced my table to tip 20%. I didn't want to tip because of the poor service but they wouldn't let me leave without paying a tip. It’s completely shameful and they believe they are justified in imposing a tip without first notifying customers. This practice is illegal. A complaint will be filed with consumer protection.This restaurant gives a very bad image to an already very well established franchise and makes its legitimacy questionable.
Managers always rude and creepy when me and my friends come to this restaurant. I’m never returning to this establishment.

Terrible!!!!!We were a group of 30 people with children. We had booked 1 month in advance. We arrived at 6:30 p.m. Three hours later, no exit plate.What a lack of respect!!!! The owner accepted another group the same day. They were served…not us. We left at 9:45 p.m. without having eaten.Positive point…the server was great. Big thanks to him!!!!I will never return or recommend this restaurant.
