Do not recommend. Food was awful, especially the wings. Atmosphere was terrible, did not look like a clean place. The host was nice though. The only positive thing about the experience.

We leave Boston Pizza without having ordered. We waited at the entrance in front of the counter for a good ten minutes without any welcome or greetings. And yet there were two young employees there, right in front of us with no other customers in line. I walked over to ask if we should choose a table ourselves, who knows! I seemed to disturb them... They persisted in knowing who would lead us to a table. In short, once seated, no one came towards us. We waited about 20 minutes during which no server was on the floor. We got up and left. This restaurant doesn't seem to care about its customers.

It was my first time here... Despite the hostess was deplorable... refusing to seat me in a large booth area claiming it was a busy day and a PD day for children (On Good Friday 2024), the restaurant had PLENTY of seating left... my waiter Samir was off-the-charts friendly, professional and when asked he made an excellent food recommendation ((I had the mushroom, spinach Alfredo sauce penne 'au gratin' with lots of cheese ! - delicious ! I am coming back for this !)EXCELLENT service from my waiter... attentive and welcoming !For the hostess: ZERO stars for poor attitude, lying to get her way instead of being accommodating at a time when she could easily have !As a good place to eat, I am coming back !Parking: You might have to park one lot over... the area is busy here !

This Sunday, February 25, 2024, we went to dinner. The food was hot and fresh. The most important thing is that our server SAMIR (0090) was very attentive to our needs. My partner and I were with an elderly person, and Samir was very warm and helpful towards him. Thank you

Went there yesterday for my husbands birthday we were 17 people and served by Samir ? He did an amazing job and accommodated everyone perfectly ! I highly recommend him as a server. He asked us frequently If everything was good, served us with a smile and answered all our questions.. quick service and excellent food ! Thank you Samir ?

Went there a few weeks ago. First off, the portions have shrunk considerably. Also, there were not many people in the restaurant, but it still took them a very long time to bring out our meals. The food was very basic (dry, cold fries and burgers) and the service was not friendly at all. It's not the Boston Pizza experience I remember from years ago.
Food was horrible. I ordered pasta and it was dry and seems a week old. I also ordered a drink and the lemon were molded. I came back home and was sick. NEVER AGAIN.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Not many things surprise me these days but our visit to Boston Pizza today left me truly speechless. We generally go to BP as a last resort since the food is generally mediocre at best but today was one of those days. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, side of fries for the kids and two beers. I usually order a pint of beer with my meal because it's the cheapest drink on the menu. The beer was flat but I`m not in the habit of returning food so I didn't say anything. The bill came in and my jaw dropped...$18 for a pint of beer...or $36 for two beers before tax and tip!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?! That's a case of beer at any store that sells beer around here. Even in the most expensive restaurants in Ottawa, a pint of beer is generally no more than about $12-15...what on earth are the managers at BP thinking? I`m sorry but this is pure price gouging and should be absolutely illegal. This is one item you cannot blame on inflation. I buy beer at the store and/or restaurant at least once a week and nowhere have the prices increased by 100%. This is absolute insanity. This is a greedy corporation trying to boost up their profits in an already very tight financial situation and for that I will never spend a single dollar at a BP ever again. Taking advantage of consumers in this despicable way after 3 years of COVID and with everything else going on is absolutely unacceptable. If you value your money and have any common sense - take your business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing Boston Pizza.
