Not the best place to feel welcomed. Cold place, failed attempt to create nice atmosphere and brand appeal. Generic place and food. There's more authentic shops around, much better, higher quality. People there are awkward, uncoordinated, long-time to be served at the counter. For that kind of waiting, they should serve at tables, it would make more sense. MM

100% happy !! First of all, I am vegan and this is usually a pain in the *** when I eat in restaurants. The owner himself checked to make sure the sandwich I ordered was 100% vegan . On top of that he cleaned his grill to cook my vegan patty without me asking him ! I mean the service was on point ? These two guys keep their kitchen clean and that is what makes a restaurant so great . I hope you guys will try it soon it's worth your money . It was my first time eating at this location and I'll go again for sure ! Keep up the good work #BerghamSquad

Ordered Uber Eats Worst burger I've ever ate. I don't even know what the chicken sandwich in the hot dog bun was supposed to be Also got a poutine and they didn't give us any napkins or cutlery! Fun eating a poutine with my hands. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed. What a waste of $41. Give me my money back!

Fantastic place with simply great and affordable food. Everything is super tasty and overall one of the best places I have visited while in Ottawa. The decor is nothing special but the food is just simply fantastic.
