The food, service and atmosphere was excellent. However, I was extremely disgusted with the ladies washroom. It just makes me wonder if the kitchen is clean because it's an area we don't see. Even though my food was excellent I don't know if I want to go back. It's unfortunate because this is my favorite place to go for breakfast. Some people may not be bothered by this but it is important to me that the washrooms are clean.

The waitress (curly haired and elderly) preferred to enter the tip herself after offering me the options of 15%, $18 or 20%. I answered 15% and later noticed that she had entered 20% which is very dishonest of her.

The food was really good, however when it was time to pay the waitress (an older lady with curly hair) punched the tip in herself. As my mom said 15%, I was behind her and saw that she entered 18%. Before even confirming the final price with her, the waitress just told her to tap her card and quickly left before I could say anything. As a waiter myself, I thought it was really dishonest to scam their customers like that. Its a shame because my mom is a regular at this restaurant and if this happens every week, she must have payed a lot more than what she anticipated over all these years.

Unfortunately, my dining experience was quite disappointing. Despite the promising menu and inviting ambiance, my meal was marred by the presence of hairs in my plate. This not only affected my appetite but also raised concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards. the staff apologized but they not even offered to replace the dish!!! the overall experience was tainted. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements stricter cleanliness measures to ensure such incidents are avoided in the future

We are regulars and enjoy the place. Service is always great even when it's packed. We had to wait in line today for a table and service was very good once we were seated. I ordered one egg with bacon and sausage. When my plate arrived (it was served by a different waiter) I only had the sausage and no bacon. I commented to my husband that I thought I had ordered both bacon and sausage but it was no big deal. The place was so busy I didn't want to bother the servers to go get bacon for me. When my bill arrived I got charged for bacon and sausage and the waiter said he could not correct the bill. Find that strange that they can overcharge for their mistake and make the customer pay for something they didn't get. Not too happy with that explanation.

Wow!! I called to see if there was room for 6 people and the man on the phone was so talkative. Answers me that he doesn't have a crystal ball, that he doesn't know but that there are groups waiting and doing like everyone else.I understand that the weekend is busy but it was extremely disrespectful and there was no need to be responded like that. We like to encourage local businesses, but we don't really like it when this is the result.
