Food is decent, could have more choices though. Saturdays and Sundays are super busy but it’s to be expected. They always have what I’m looking for, this is why I’m giving it a 5/5.Vegetarian options: Fries, Pizza, Ice CreamParking: Entrance 2 is best.

Very busy, it's the zoo and you can wait more than 20-30 minutes for fries or ice cream... to avoidThey could invest in a digital spreadsheet to announce ready orders instead of shouting. Lots of noise or English speakers who don't understand their number... that would solve the problem

At 6 p.m. there was no more pizza, no more fries, they don't have a sprite. I had a hot dog which was not hot. In addition, he should provide their employee with a microphone to challenge people when the order is ready because poor them to YELL AT THE HEAD OF THEM TO SUCCEED IN MAKE IT HEARD they will no longer have a voice at some point and it is very unpleasant when you eat to hear a person scream at the top of your voice. I was passing through Gatineau so we stopped at Costco but next time I'll go elsewhere.I gave 2 stars to encourage employees because otherwise it would have been 1 star

Incredibly slow. Took over 10 minutes to get my order which consisted of just a fry ...

Super covid unsafe, totally risky and packed in There is virtually little attempt at safety I don't want to go back here

I was returning item because it was on sale but in my receipt they charged me regular price and customer service told me to go back to cashier to claim my 3dollars off. Line up in cashier is crazy because of Covid crisis. I am very disappointed to the customer service. Not very helpful at all.

This review is based just on the pharmacy component. The service over the phone was just rude and very unhelpful. I've never been hung up on by a pharmacy ever but it happened today, and all over a simple question about backorder dates. The ones on the Ottawa side are significantly friendlier, go there if you can instead.

It's okay if you go Monday - Wednesday nights; other than that, welcome to the zoo. No parking available, people blocking the aisles with their giant carts to taste every sample available. Other than that, it's Costco, what else can be said?

It's Costco so be prepared to be mowed down. Carts are both offensive and defensive weapons. Returns are remarkable. Inventory often low if you want it but it esp for good furniture. Parking is a disaster don't even think about going after 12 on the weekend.

If you are planning on getting countertops done through Costco, think again. They use Mountain Granite in Ottawa and they are the worst company I have ever hired. They use Hanstone Granite which is total garbage and their customer service is absolutely terrible. The owner swears at you if you have a problem. The workers are very unprofessional. They don't show up when they should. Don't apologize and Costco does not stand by their members when you have a problem. Costco, I thought, would stand by it's members, but they do not. We have a crappy product from Mountain Granite and would feel sorry for anyone who has to use them through Costco. You suck!!!!

I am not shy to say that I hate Costco. What would interest anybody in gallavanting down the isles, pushing an elephantine sized shopping cart while jousting shoppers for copious-sized everything? Costco takes advantage of the mathematically challenged. Ya. I said it. Somehow they have bamboozeled shoppers to buy, regardless of price and or need. 84 Bagels? Why not. 14 gallons of olive oil - sure! Out of all the Costco's in the NCR, I hate this one the least - hence a second star. Sure, Costco's are indistinguishable & interchangeable. But this location IS different, just because of where it's located. My friend and I stopped by on a Saturday summer morning, enroute to a boys-cottage-weekend-getaway. I was surprised to see glut Ontario license plates. Upon entry, the abundance of Ontario vehicles made sense: Anglophones waiting patiently with their titanic carts, with nothing else other than their three cases of beer. Thing is, if you are frugal - beer can be purchased for much better prices if you know where to go (cough... So many cars with Ontario license plates in the parking lot that you'd think that they were having a fire sale. Beer cases stacked high on pallets near over-priced bags of milk (by Ontario standards) are a magnet for shoppers, especially those from Ontario. At savings of $6 to 20 per case (more so for premium brands) the purchase of beer from out of province visitors is extremely popular. Federal law makes it a crime to "import, send, take or transport" liquor into any province. But the law, which carries a maximum $200 fine for a first offence is, apparently, rarely enforced. I had no idea that my beer purchase was illegal. Sorry. But what I find really difficult to understand is the reason for the sharp price differences in beer between Ontario and Quebec and why milk, a more important part of our diet, is more expensive.
