I ordered sushi on Feb 14 and I went to pick them up. I realized that the total amount was slightly higher than what I was expecting but the items seem to be right.On the next day I realized that two sushis were more expensive than what was on the menu. They updated the cash register but not the menu. The difference was $11.I drove to the restaurant, explained the situation and we ordered more sushis. I asked the employee to remove $11 from the new order. She called her boss and the boss said no.She said that the menu is not updated and the prices may vary.I told her that by law they should either refund me this amount or remove it from my new order but no one did care!The owner of this place doesn’t care about the laws or customer satisfaction and has zero morals.That was my last visit.Always check your receipt. They might charge you extra just like that.

Great service! On the biggest day of the year, Valentine's Day, I placed an order online... at the wrong time!!! On site, despite the rush, they prepared my order so that I was able to leave with my order without waiting at 8 a.m. (expected time of the said erroneous order!!!)The sushi is always so good! I've been going to this place for over 10 years and it really is the best sushi in Gatineau. I don't go anywhere else otherwise I'm always disappointed. Never disappointed at Fuji Sushi and the team is great and the new owners are really nice :D Long live Fuji Sushi. I wish one to Aylmer!!

The people who work there seem to be having fun and chatting a lot! But it seems that rolling the sushi well is not important... The rice was mushy, the soy sauce was too concentrated and salty, the taste was frankly ordinary, even the costco sushi is better ?♂️ The What's worse is that I was forced to eat my sushi with a pie server!
