My family and I waited over an hour to receive our lunch. The restaurant was not even at full capacity and had plenty of employees on site. A great lack of coordination!

Went there, waited quite a while for the waitress to come and ask us for the order (20min). And even waited longer to get the meal(40min) that a person that came after me got their order and even had time to eat... The waitress didn't do a spectacular job, she did just a regular job that was ask from her. Finally done with my food I paid. She noticed I didn't tip and decided to make a scene in public trying to shame me on that. Tipping isn't obligated, and I am not to found of tipping culture, with inflation and all. Cindy, try to be less of a unpleasant or objectionable person.

I arrived there at 10:30 a.m. we left there at 12:20 p.m. Very long service. We received our order at noon. Everyone else around us who arrived after us was served. I had a western sandwich and my bread was soft and soggy. Cold potato. And the ketchups taste weird. First time and last time.
