Hopefully this reveiw brings an immediate attention to correct the quality of food. We ordered few plates of chicken, beef and falafel to share among family. No one was pleased with the quality of each plate. The chicken was barely warm and so is the beef with no real shawarma taste especially the chicken, it was bland. The falafel looks good from the outside until you cut it and take a bite as if they were made for the purpose of replacing tennis balls. The amateur people can cook better than that at home. You really disappointed us.

Just got some takeout from here and it was phenomenal! The chicken shawarma plate (with everything) was some of the best I've ever had. Tender chicken, powerful garlic sauce, delicious pickles and plenty of pita. It's a lot of food but it was so good I ate it all. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can't recommend this place more, a must stop for shawarma fans.

Last night I ordered food and waited around for 45 mins...by the time my uber driver showed up to pick up the food, he said they were closed. I called Le Palais Lib and they were unapologetic and there were no sorrys or hey we can offer you xyz...he knew who I was "guy from last night". Overall not great experience. I have had the food its decent but the customer service was bad. I'm good I will bring my business somewhere else.
Stopped going there. food is excellent SERVICE IS THE WORST. always a mix up with the order. . ordered a mixed plater to go, when I got home, no chicken...just a space where it should be. 3 times my spouse picked up a pair sandwiches to go and 3 times they got at least one sandwich wrong.

this is the best place for Lebanese food. The staff is great, and a couple of them are very humorous. the chicken and beef is very good, and ingredients are always very fresh. This place is always busy which says alot about the food here. They are very strick on the COVID measures which is great for everyones safety.

PRO: Food is delicious and portions are excellent!CON: be prepared to wait! I had been coming here for years, however as of the last few months, I’ve noticed that the wait is simply too long each time I went. My most recent visit was 35 mins. Although there were about 10 people in front of me, it just seemed like there was no rush on the part of the staff even with 4 people working the counter as they prepped the orders.Not sure what changed but, they used to have really efficient staff and even when there was a massive line, it would move SO much faster!Lastly, some of the employees were wearing their masks wrong (not covering their noses).
