It is the absolute worst place to go. 25 min to get a coffee through the drive through. It's happened at least 3 times. They say it's the cleaning everytime I try and get one. I will drive 10 min away rather then go there and still save time

Since 2021 the service has been rendered that it has declined in grace. A real shame.. For a franchise!! . Cooperation should come and see. A simple coffee with ice cream took 18 minutes. They had 4 people before me. I came home with no greeting, we were completely ignored since the employees were involved in the drive-thru. A girl employee was eating fries while working. Before our eyes. Without even speaking to us. They took 7-8 minutes before we came to see us at the counter. Two elderly customers waited longer than me for coffees. They confirmed that “they always like that here”. Not to mention who made mistakes with their order. So they had to redo them. The bathroom was deplorable. They had no towels, no towels... something never seen before. I am shocked by the disorder!

2.9 is the score of this mcdonald as of this review, and you have to wonder the it got this high of a score. The only garantee you get at this mcdonald is an error in your order. Every single time without fail. It's as if the staff over there likes to drink bleach on their breaks. Oh and if you pay at the machine thing you better keep looking at it, because if you miss your order number don't expect a receip, they are always out of paper. You can see half the staff counting the dots on the roof while you've been waiting for 30 minutes for your order. What a bunch of clowns (pun intended) The manager should be ashamed. Trully peak trash mcdonalds

I often order using doordash and it happens WAY too often that my order is wrong when I receive it. Either the options I asked are not fulfilled or a whole meal and/or side item(s) is/are missing. Please train your employees properly for Doordash and Uber deliveries. I'm sick and tired of this.

Cannot come here without having an issue with the bill, first time around thought drive through McDonalds associates were claiming I hadn’t ordered at all when I had already payed for my meal.And today, through the drive through again just to get breakfast, associates were claiming I had not orderd 2 and refused to hive me the second one I had payed for, ended up paying an additional 2,75$ for ONE hashbrown!

I went back today...a year after my bad experience.Worse experience than the previous one.1- Computerized order, 10 questions to answer to have a trio of fish.2- Printer broken, no way to know the # of my order.No problem, my order should be displayed on the display at the counter.3- Alas no, the display is also broken, too bad!4- thank you, let’s go choose a table!Several tables available but oops,they are dirty !Ok I'll wipe one!oops, out of towelBrown paper on a roll? THANKS4- A double fillet of overcooked fish garnished on the side in the bag with the sauce and cheese coming out of the box... and no way to choose your own drinkNo more McDonald’s for me!THANKS,Ps: the servers were very helpful, but victims of a lack of management.

This MacDonalds is advertised as having a Play Place however it does not.If you order from the machine it tells you to take a table number however the workers refuse to bring the food to the table despite the machine telling you they will. It took them 25 minutes to bring us our food, and only because i reminded them 3 times that we had ordered, they served at least 10 other guests before us. Food was dry from sitting out so long.
