Delicious pizza! The gentleman who served me was very polite and his customer service was great. I went in for pickup and was greeted right away. My pizza was ready in less than 30 minutes. Pizza was hot and full of toppings and cheese. It was exactly what we had been craving. The prices are decent too. I’ll be coming back!

This place has terrible employees working at night. They accept orders on uber eats and skip, but then never make your order and tell you to call the uber eats/skip customer service instead. If only the actual restaurant could take accountability, but no. Nothing ever changes.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I've never had such a bad experience calling a restaurant before. The employee hung up on my TWICE. They accepted my order on SkipTheDishes and then marked it as delivered with no picture as proof and obviously it wasn't there. I tried calling to inquire on my order's whereabouts and the employee just hung up on me twice as soon as I explained the problem. There is a serious problem with the night staff at this place.

Painfully below average pizza, $25 for a medium? Pretty crazy. I have enjoyed the $5-$8 pizzas from the grocery store more than this place.Ontop of that, it wasn't even cut all the way through, making it difficult to separate all the slices.Save your money or go elsewhere

So I've ordered from here on skip a few times but today when I ordered I waited over an hour for my order called skip customer service twice and I was given a fake answer of my address being to far when I know that's a lie mind you this restaurant takes care of the deliveries themselves and I live 8 minutes away the only thing that was different was the amount I tipped this time because I didn't have that much money so unless you tip a large amount don't expect your food to ever arrive.
When it was prime COVID times like 2020-2021, this was the best place to get a poutine. Like everytime I wanted a poutine I would UBEREATS from this place and it was always a 10/10. I only stopped ordering to cut off carbs and save on money. But yesterday my mom and I were craving poutine and so of course I thought of this place and ordered without hesitation. Tell me why I got it and it was horrible. Majority’s of the fries were undercooked, limp and like not crispy at all while there was some that were, the gravy was sour I don’t even know why. Also it was like sticking to the container and kept peeling off with it. Maybe I ordered on a bad day, but if anything had changed I’m begging them to go back to the ways they did things in the early 2020’s because this was not good at all.

I’ve been eating here for the past 10 years atleast 2 times a week! The friendly staff, and consistency and qaulity of food has never disappointed!! Specially on those late nights after some drinks at the bars:) highly recommended ❤️

Extremely rude employees, very dirty and unfriendly place…Ordered 3 times from there, and the food is absolutely burnt, completely thrown in a dish- and the lack of respect you receive from the owner and employees is out of this world! Worst place ever!
