I got a delivery and they messed up the topppings on their special pizza “the tropical” the guy had the audacity to say no the online menu is incorrect and that I must have ordered from Gatineau. I just spent 50 bucks on food. He said the best he can do is give me a 5 dollars off of my next order (my tip for the delivery girl was 5 dollars). I started laughing and said why would I order from you again when you can’t even adhere to your own menu? Hull location is useless I suggest you go anywhere else .

Well, I can't judge the atmosphere because it was a delivery (so 2), but receiving a lukewarm pizza that seems to have been reheated from the day before is unacceptable. The cheese was dry and I had to put it in the microwave to reheat it, is this normal or am I wrong??I will no longer buy there, I do not recommend it in any way and I will advise against it to everyone I know!!Yarkkk!!!

Have a friend sick with covid I Tried to order them pizza because they are too sick to make their own food right now I called and explained to the person on the phone That I can pay over phone or online since in person transaction is not possible due to covid and my friend doesn’t have any to put the delivery person at risk I head an employee/manager in the background while on the phone saying that covid is not real and that the person (who is covid positive by the way) will have to pay at the door Was a regular here Definitely will not recommend anymore
