I was staying at the hotel, and usually don’t eat in hotel restaurants, but the menu looked interesting and I didn’t feel like going out in the cold. The restaurant isn’t huge but is nicely laid out, and the atmosphere was great, v pleasant for a pre-show meal. The service was fast and attentive. Drinks were decent and reasonably priced, and the food was great, far better than I expected! I’d definitely eat here again.

The restaurant was completely empty except for 2 ladies who spoke quite loudly.(A man) placed us directly next to them. We asked to be moved to a table next door. We were told that it was impossible and that everything was reserved. We spent 2 hours at the restaurant and the restaurant was still empty when we left. No idea why we were refused to move places.We also waited 20 minutes without a menu and without water before getting service. Not strong.I ordered a filet mignon, it was good. But I won't go back there because of the service.

Bad experienceI placed an Uber Eat orderin the order it was stipulated that there was a drink and I never received it luckily I was able to get a refund from Uber eat!

We were 3 couples. 2 of the guest received bad wine tasted like vinager. Three of us ordered oignion soupe and all of us were upset, tasted nothing. There brown sauce was also terrible. I use to go all the time and the food was great, heard they changed owner so maybe that is the reason why.

Food was good from my end, my boyfriends steak was tough, and his fries seemed they were from frozen, but the service was awful, it was a Thursday evening and we were there for an hour and a half for each a drink (2 for me) and a meal. To order, to get another drink, to get our bill we had to call them over because they wouldn’t come over to the table, we do not plan to come back.

We went for my husband’s birthday and sat on the restaurant side because we had a minor with us. I have been on the 18+ bistro side a few times and really enjoyed it; I didn’t realize that there was a world of difference between the two. The decor is nice, but lights are so bright, it really takes away from the atmosphere. The service was so slow and bad, is was almost funny. It was a slow night and the servers were basically just hanging out together in the back and we had to keep getting up to go find them to ask for help - trust me, we aren’t fussy, we waiting patiently for a long time listening to them talk before we finally caved and went to find them. Then, the plates didn’t all come out at the same time, so some of us were actually done eating by the time others got their food (waiting for eachother was no longer an option, the food was getting cold). Anyway, we made the best of the night and it was a conversation starter in our house for a while, so not all was lost!(I do, however, recommend the bistro side, the experiences I’ve had there were very different).
