We have always loved the Snack Shack, especially their poutine club. We hadn't been there for over a year and I was surprised to read the comments, especially regarding the service. We went there on Friday. Our poutine club was always delicious and the service was very courteous, welcoming and fast.

IMPORTANT EDIT:Since Brian and his wife took over as the new management it has been like the old times, great food and the inclusion of good breakfast. It has returned to the best aylmer has to offer.

Always good food. Tara always provides good service. I arrived a few minutes after lunch hours and she offered it to me anyway.
The food is good!The service not so good tho... they made two mistakes in a very simple order and they didn't want to admit it, so they made me pay again for the right order ??

My first time trying today. Poutine taste great, not underfried as McD or overburned as Harvey's. It was just right. The fish tasted great, Tartar souse, not sure if it is made there or from the store, tastes not strong on the ingredients, just as I like. Fish is fried, not soggy. Chicken burger was good, fulfilling, spicy (I had Buffalo). Will be back to try more menu options.
