I've consistently had positive experiences at the Gatineau Starbucks. Despite the constant flow of customers, the service remains friendly and efficient. I'm always impressed by the promptness of the staff in taking orders and preparing drinks. What's even more impressive is that the quality of both drinks and food doesn't falter, even during busy times. It's a testament to their dedication to providing a great experience, making it a reliable spot for a satisfying treat.

Ordered through the Starbucks app, app estimated that my drink would be ready by 4:23, so arrive at 4:20, it’s now 4:28 and ppl who ordered after I arrived were getting their drinks before me! I pointed that out to the barista and he told me first come first served! Funny cause any other Starbucks I go to have my drink ready by the time I get there! So ended up waiting over 10minutes! Never going to that location again!

Ordered online, showed up 5 minutes before the estimated time, didn’t see our drink available so we waited 10 minutes. Went in line to see what the situation was, they made our drink incorrectly, didn’t apologize, and the barista didn’t take any responsibility.

You can only really hype so much about a Starbucks in a mall. Believe it or not, this Starbucks is, as you would assume, a Starbucks and offers the same variety of foods and drinks as every other Starbucks...but in a mall. Does it get crowded? Yes. Parents needing a caffeine kick from lugging around their ungrateful kids while they're trying to find them something nice to wear to that family thing they have planned next weekend - are lined up with the teenagers hyped up on sugared drinks they more or less like but rather live how cool they look holding their 13$ drink in hand. It all works out as one would expect from a Starbucks in a mall.
