We arrived precisely at the time our order was supposed to be ready, the app even said that our food was ready (4:20PM), and there was _no one_ inside the restaurant. No worker, no lights, and the McDo workers (which shares the space) told us that "no one came in today, so it's closed. You'll have to get reimbursed."

J'ai donc été acheter chez le concurrent! Soudainement un employé arrive et va parler avec celui dans le local et il me sourit... C'est un refus volontaire de service. Dommage j'aimais bien cet endroit.
