I was Subway Laverendry Gatineau the girl was super nice until an employee who worked with her humiliated her in front of all the customers and raised his voice we left he made me feel sick really disgusting how he treats his employees .

First time in a very long time at Subway. The new menu was very interesting, however the bill was less so. I only take a 12 inch (without trio) and I was surprised that I paid $22.43.... I thought it was a mistake. We are far from 12 inches - 5$.

I ordered online today and picked up my order in store, the two 12 inches were not toaster, bad meat, no added guac which by the way is an extra charge. Very disappointed with the service having left a tip in advance, I tried to contact the restaurant several times, no response and the website is even more disappointing and full of bugs. The employee who was present this Friday, May 5 at 8:20 am was really out of the ordinary. Very nice and polite! THANKS.Kid-friendliness: No games but the space is great.
Message to manager: Employees with lack of training or simply just doesn't care about their job. No more bags, no communications about until the end when I struggled going back in the car with all of that. I've asked 3 times if these were trio because he kept talking to another guy in the kitchen. Finally, I got back home with the wrong sandwich because they mixed it with the previous guys.
