Ordered from the store for a delivery and they called me back saying they don't have the K-Cups. Asked DoorDash support online to be given the Tim Hortons store number. Called them and they referred me to their website. Submitted a ticket and some lady called and she didn't understand that it was actually just one item from the order that was wrong.

UPDATE:The owner's response asks me to go to their site to explain again what I am describing here. Once you click on the link, you fall into a maze of information and you don't really know where to click... once you find it and complete it again BOOM! "we're sorry, we encountered a problem. Check out our menu while we work through the situation" LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Serious!I order a Timatin breakfast BLT. Order, which all in all, seems quite simple to me! I add 50 Timbits to that. 25 of one kind and 25 of another flavor. So far, nothing out of the ordinary...I had to take 3 minutes, minimum, to explain to the cashier what a BLT was. He asks me if I want bacon?!?!??! if I want tomatoes!??!?! So I repeat my order: Timatin breakfast BLT on plain bagel. Bacon, lettuce and tomato.The manager then comes to his rescue. I think that's it, I will have my order.The Timbits portion arrives... what do you want? I repeat for the 3rd time, 25 of this and 25 of that. Another question is asked of me. “Which ones are in the display?” Serious?!?!?!I take my order, I leave, a little in shock, I arrive at my office... no egg in the damn sandwich.Really relaxing! It wasn't clear enough, I guess... eh misery!

Busy spot.. this morning, anyway... had to go in no way. I was waiting in the drive-through but then inside wasn't any better?Got large tea and apple fritter. Everything is great.Kinda weird that we're in Canada, yet there's parts that don't speak English, I get to freshen up my high-school francais ?Took a while as the counter didn't understand my "tea with 2 cream, bag in" order it was quite the ordeal, and it felt special as they called everyone to my attention ?????They were all nice and gave me a good experienceFilled me to the brim, toomerci beaucoup Tim
