Correct but when you don't "zign" the machines the coffee tastes disgusting. It's boring because it's correct 1 out of 3 times.Update: coffee still not good. 1 in 10 times now having a “normal” taste

Friday February 2 around noon, I was in line inside and I saw and heard an employee shouting at her colleagues in a most degrading tone. I have rarely seen someone so slobbery and poorly behaved in customer service. I seriously pity his colleagues!

They're out of mustards but they still sell ham and cheese sandwiches...and they put ranch dressing in everything. Please put the mustard back in stock

Bad service. I ordered two sandwich and waited at least 35 minutes maybe more for them. I had my drinks first. I was disappointed when they said they didn't see one of the sandwich in the order even thought I order it and PAYED for it. I do not recommande this place at all. VERY disappointed.

Waited a whole hour for 12 donuts and a coffee, and they forgot the donuts. The main part of the order. Last time I ordered from there before, there was a bite taken out of one of the sandwiches. By far tge worst Tim Hortons in the city, should be closed.

Habituellement un service courtois et souriant. Ce soir au téléphone, car j'ai appelé pour savoir si ils ont des oeufs à cette heure ( 8h30), le jeune homme me répond que le bar à sandwich au complet est fermé en prévision de la fermeture pour nettoyer...Fermeture à 10pm!Ils ne servent plus de repas 1h30 d'avance...si ce n'était pas avant.Je n'ai jamais vu ça avant et nulle part ailleurs. Vraiment décevant.On me dit qu'on va me passer le superviseur mais on laisse la ligne là. Le service de jour est excellent, par contre. Le soir = zéro.

I arrived at 6:02 a.m. at the drive-thru and was greeted by "The Order". She didn't say hello or anything, she seemed annoyed that I was in the drive-thru. After waiting longer than I should have for a small French vanilla and a everything bagel, this is what I got... lousy standards, especially from a manager (the person who served me was the floor manager)

Nous avons attendu 45 min avant que une dame demande pourquoi il sortait des commandes fait après la sienne une fille a alors crier que ces commandes ce sont effacer mais personne a pris leTemps de s’occuper des 10 personnes qui attendais après leur bouffe depuis plus de 30 min nous avons alors demander un remboursement et nous avons quitté vraiment très déçu du service !!!!
