We went to dinner this afternoon, we ordered two bowls of chicken delights, two different kinds but we were served the same two kinds after 15 minutes of waiting...The worst: the rice was COLD. Not lukewarm COLD. LIKE NOT REHEATED!!! It was horrible!We were done and we didn't have time to return the plates there were 15 people waiting for their order and we had to take their food to my daughter at the tournament.Really not satisfied.

What kind of a manager is this??? Tim Hortons should change their hiring process or something this is ridiculous!!! We are paying customers and we acted friendly we deserve better!!
