Everytime I order (in person, drive thru and even Uber eats) something ends up wrong. Today I asked for the new brownie latte the randomly gave me a cold one and didn’t even bother cutting the grilled cheese. Never get it delivered, it’s even worse! I ordered a farmers rap not knowing they don’t serve them after 3 but tell me why instead of letting me know the don’t have any or giving me something else around the same price they gave me 5 pieces of bacon and sauce. Wouldn’t recommend, go to the one on Vanier instead

Very clean and cozy place. The service was a bit slow, but there were a lot of people ordering food, so that may have been the reason. The person taking my order was super friendly and polite. The coffee was made just the way I like it.

Cleanliness is deplorable! Making a special request (add steak to my Tim matin bacon blt) can take 10 mins because no one seems to know how to use the computer. Chances of actually getting what you ordered...slim to none. Luckily, one staff member (Lucie) is always there to provide quality service during the week. But if the store isn't cleaned on Monday, and kept clean...I'm never going back again.

At the counter, the one who was there didn't know the cash register completely...but apart from that, the service was still good....
The lady at the checkout did not speak French. It is unacceptable not to be able to serve customers in French in Quebec.I understand the labor shortage, but with a dozen visible employees (6 seemed to be loitering), there was surely someone bilingual who could have manned the cash register. The unilingual English employee could be assigned to tasks that do not require interacting with customers.

If I could give a 0 I would!Waiting 40 mins for a sandwich that ended up being on the wrong bread. After telling them my annoyance with the long wait, I was told that priority on food is given to the drive through. Horrible service. Staff is disorganised, during my long wait, people kept bringing back their orders cause they were wrong. Will never go there again.Addition: french vanilla tastes like water..
