The food is excellent unfortunately the treatment that the staff gives to Latin people is unpleasant it cannot be possible that in a restaurant with such delicious food there is discrimination they should give the same treatment ?????The food is lamentably excellent in the way that the personal of Latina people is undesirable and it is possible that in a restaurant with delicious food there is a serious discrimination in the wrong way.

The reception is a joke, an unpleasant young person who constantly sighs and speaks badly. The restaurant is not heated, in short my worst experience in a restaurant. Initially we came to eat there but we preferred to leave as it was cold and we didn't want to bother Mr. Smile. Otherwise, the food is very good.

The taste of the Burgers (and I'm sure of the other dishes) is exceptional. It's fresh and above all the portions are gigantic. I find this restaurant magnificent, I really wish it could grow. 100% RECOMMENDED!!

The Manager's attitude towards his employee was very poor, insulting and insulting him in front of everyone.We heard him yelling at him while we waited for our order and those who were waiting with us didn't come back either and left saying they would never come back too.The manager's attitude towards us was also not at all pleasant.The atmosphere of the place is more than cold and unpleasant.The employee who made our burgers had a great attitude though and I feel sorry for him that he has to endure a manager like him.Hoping that the manager changes or that this employee who made the food finds a place where he will be treated with dignity.

Very disappointed with my experience. I had the impression that my order (a mozza burger) had been sauced in oil before being served to me. Besides, the meatball was still pink. Being the only customer seated in the restaurant at that time, all I hear is the manager yelling at his employee. Also, very unpleasant attitude on the part of the "manager" towards the customers (irritable look, lack of respect). It was a total fiasco.Response to the owner: A bit of an awkward response from you!

We were helping a friend at the church across the street and my partner said to me: we're going to get a little hamburger to bring for our 2 hour drive. What a mistake!!! It's a real monster! It's the best hamburger I've ever eaten. Everything was fresh and hot. The sweet potato fries are superb. The place was clean and the service impeccable. The gentleman present on site welcomed us very well and took the time to explain the menu and the extras. We were very surprised when we opened our bag at the size and quality. We have nothing negative to say, it was a great experience. My partner is sold: if we come back to the area we would go back.

Sincerely disappointed! I had great expectations when I came to see the concept which in itself... is not bad! but where everything turns sour TOTAL is the uncleanliness of the restaurant and the "manager" who screams and insults the young person in the kitchen! I was very uncomfortable to see how in 2023 a person who works in the public could be so degrading and out of character! The poorly cooked Burger... it's okay (to do it again would have been the logical thing instead of reusing the old arugula salad heated on the grill)! The high price... again when it's good we accept! (even if it's frozen Mccain thrown in a fryer) but the total lack of respect given to the staff! The lack of knowing how to live with the cell phone sitting at his table with the sound in the carpet as if he were in his living room having absolutely nothing to do with being at work! The coronations and story of his little life at the pawn shop! The cleanliness literally absent from the premises even after our stupid singer finished his broom between 2 insults does not even deserve half a star! I'm sad to have to say it but it's a total failure!

We had a meal in this restaurant on Thursday September 7th. We were the only customers, my partner and I, at the time. A young, new employee took our order at the counter. Very polite and courteous. The owner of the restaurant in question arrives. He yelled at his only employee throughout our meal, in a derogatory manner, insult after insult. We ate quickly in order to leave this unpleasant place and this boss who was totally disrespectful of his employee. In the door, we saw when leaving that they were looking for labor... if the boss treats all his employees like this, I do not advise anyone to apply for a job in such a toxic atmosphere.
