2022-11: Unfortunately, COVID-19 has been difficult for this restaurant. They only serve brunches on Sundays. Went there with my friend last week and boy were we in for a ride! We tried various dishes: trout tartare (probably the best tartare I ever had), crisp and tasty veal sweetbreads, escargots, an original poutine, a lobster Mac N' Cheese (oh boy...) and the most tender T-Bone steak. Everything was on point, including the service, and the wine selection was highly varied. Restaurant l'Impérial is definitely a place to stop!
