Good service, fast. But... I've been eating there for years, and it's getting worse and worse... the quarter chicken thigh, the thigh often arrives very hard and small, as if it was cooked in advance and reheated for a long time under the lamp. The fries have a slight frozen taste sometimes. The pizza before had a large, soft crust like fresh, warm bread, but now it is small and hard. It's changed since their beginnings when there was only one restaurant. When you order for delivery and you're hungry, you don't feel like calling them back and waiting for a new order when the food is as I described. It's the price to pay for getting bigger and lowering the quality, it seems. At the price where all the restaurants are, you should stand out by returning to your ways of doing things from the beginning...

I ordered the new, not edible, crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was burnt. Black breadcrumbs. I mentioned this to the cashier and she seemed sorry but didn't offer me a refund. I ate there every week before but I plan to go there less often. Extremely disappointing for $18

From what we thought was just a quick Rotisserie chicken place that we could stop in fast with our family to what we found was the best chicken meal we have had to date! We love the crispy skin and unique recipe on the chicken and the best made and tasting Caesar salads we have had that even competes with high end restaurants. This is a hidden gem in Quebec! Amazing service too!
