My husband went there a few weeks ago.,picking up a cake we ordered. The service was excellent by a woman named Maria, she was very nice and very helpful, however the owner was screaming at the employees, in front of everyone ! Made the customers very uncomfortable! What kind of boss does that??? Then he went to the taste testing table, the woman there was Louise he thinks. Was telling my husband that the boss is now wanting everyone to sign in if they need to use the bathroom?...read full review

What I can say is that if anything happens, the managers are super friendly and always find solutions to satisfy their customers, I was amazed by their gesture when a misunderstanding occurred.
