I don't think I can give a 0 star review. But wow, the lady on the phone at this location was not pleasant at all. Forget basic communications, I think she hates her job the way she speaks. ANYWAYS, We placed an online order and it was an hour and 15 mins before we called the store. She then said she never received our order so call some other department. I googled and found a customer service department. It took over 10 mins to get to them and she said someone will call us back. NOBODY ever called us back... and after 2 hours we got our order. 2 hours!!! Horrible service, no idea what goes on, for this to happen.

Ordered online at 8h50 pm...nothing got delivered. When I try to reach the store after more than than hour and a half, it says it closes at 10:00 PM and to call the next day. When I called the next day, the actual store told me about their closing hours at 9, and the deliveries at 8:30, contrary to the online KFC site that's keeps passing orders through. Got redirected to the central for a refund. I have to say the person who answered me at the store was very professional about it, so even if it sucks, can't blame them.

Tried to order food online but couldn't. Site web has literally JavaScript errors at checkout. I called to place the order over the phone. Took 15 before someone pick the phone. It was difficult since I was trying to use the coupon for online only. Coupon they sent from mail during the week. After 30 min on phone, my food was ordered food at 12:00. After 1:30, I received an email saying that I requested my order to be cancelled. Called them to know what's going on and to make sure they refund me. I got my refund at the end of the day.

Placed an order online which should take approximately 60 minutes... It is now 75 minutes and still haven't heard anything yet...Called their customer service which transferred me to the store and lady on the phone said everything was picked up and she can't help me with the delivery...Bad experience... I am going to go with UBER instead next time...

Terrible and slow service. Food is not fresh and not warm. I had received coupons by mail, the employee said they were for online orders only but nowhere on the coupon does it say that. I think she just didnt want to honor it. Waited 30 minutes in line. Will never go back there, food was so gross I did not feel good after.

Order should have been delivered at 4:45pm (I placed the order at 3:15pm... order finally arrived at 5:30pm after having called at 5:00pm and told 15 minutes (side note... I live a 5 minute drive from the restaurant) Food was cold. Don't recommend.

Did an online order went to pick it up I paid $4:50 extra for white meat and wings meaning no drum sticks got home no wings! Two drum sticks I was too tired after a long day to go back. Also ordered one macaroni salad and one coleslaw but I got two coleslaw instead! Lesson learned check before you leave. So went back again instead went there to eat. I am sorry the cook and server were just white trash. They thought I didn't understand French but oh do I ! They were swearing and making fun of the customers the food was cold and slapped on the plates, got Chicken tenders there were hardly cooked they were oily and soggy that includes the fries. Two worthless human beings serving and cooking food. Plz don't go to this location. The cook looked dirty as well. Only went here because my son likes chicken tenders. Absolutely disgusting
