This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. There is no service at all. One of the staff members does not know whether she is the owner of this restaurant or a part-time waiter. She should really reflect on it. She has no sense of service and has a very bad attitude. The waiting time for food is too long, and the food utensils in the store look dirty. Even if you like eating in this brand chain store, try another one. I definitely don’t recommend this one. Just look at its reviews and everyone’s feedback. The opinions are unanimous

I am allergic to sesame, they assured me that there was no sesame and put sesame everywhere!! Do not speak French or English! The other time, they made a mistake in my order and told me that next time I would get a free item but did not want to honor that. Worst service!!

Awful sushi! My fiancé and I regularly order from the Sushi Sama Brossard location and really enjoy it but unfortunately the experience with Greenfield Park inedible. We literally threw away almost our entire order. The difference in locations is shocking! Way more rice, the rolls were loose & falling apart - even the quality of the fish was different. We will never go back, complete waste of $90 :(

The sushi is not up to par with some other sama sushi. . I've been disappointed. The kitchen appears unclean and visible to customers. A lot of things are lying around... but the service is very pleasant. But I would no longer go to this Sama sushi specifically.

This place struggles fulfilling orders. They cancel orders frequently after massive delays.However the sushis are great if you do manage to get them to give you something.

I ordered 15 pieces of sashimi via Uber for $30. I received 6 pieces of pollock and 4 mini shrimp. When people order sashimi they definitely don't want pollock. It's a real joke.Uber reimbursed me for the dish. So, I'm delighted, but be careful if you order flat.

Very good sushi on the other hand when ordering online and delivery there is a price difference on the receipts and this is in my opinion incapable Yes Doordash takes it is different rating on the other hand the prices are $2 less on the receipt only on the order so for me a company I have difficulty explaining why the receipt does not fit with the credit card
