Avant c'était mon resto dejeuner préféré. Je le choisi principalement en fonction des patates déjeuné. Mais maintenant, ils ne mettent plus d'épices sur ceux ci ce qui fait qu'ils ne goûtent que l'huile... est ce la chaîne qui a fait ce changement ou c'est une décision de CE resto uniquement? Je suis donc à la recherche d'un nouveau resto dejeuner.

We were there when there was a lot of traffic. Long wait to get in. My partner and I ordered a brunch plate with potatoes with cheese (gratined) and Hollandaise sauce under the cheese. When we received our plate, the potatoes were au gratin but without Hollandaise sauce. So we reported it to the waitress so that a credit could be applied. The waitress became so stubborn that I told her, bluntly, that I wouldn't pay for something I didn't get the way I was supposed to have it. The waitress then said she would go see what she could do. However, she started looking at us with an offended look, never came back to see us until it was time to pay the bill which she threw on the table without saying anything to us. When I pick up the bill, I don't see a credit. She started whining at me, telling me that yes there was one and everything. I then noticed it (1 extra removed out of the 2) and apologized but she acted as if nothing had happened and looked stupid ++++++ (which she had before even arriving at the table). The lunch was very good but very poor service from this waitress!
