I went to pick up a mobile takeout order. What a surprise I had when I got home!It's been a few times now that we've received service that leaves something to be desired at this branch.Not only do we get half-empty containers of fries, but they have already told me to place a mobile order a second time, telling me they didn't receive it and assuring me that nothing would be loaded until the order was not received, processed and received by the customer. I was surprised to see the order double-loaded on my credit card statement afterwards.This is not my first negative experience at this location, but when you live in the region, it is sometimes difficult to go to another branch, or to return to the location to get a replacement when you live at a certain driving distance.Clearly, this franchisee should be called to order regarding the training of employees in order to ensure customer service that meets McDonald's standards.I suggest you opt for a competing chain nearby...
