When we ordered at the counter, the manager and hostess were covering up a customer who had been waiting for her order for a while. The manager, after ignoring us for a while, decided to take our order. We wait patiently sitting at the entrance for about 50 minutes. I get up to ask the manager if our order is ready, and I ask very politely. The manager starts to verbally attack me, yelling at me that he told me it would take 1 hour. Which is totally false, because having known that, I would not have ordered. The manager and hostess start to attack us and get angry, the manager starts to leave, turns around and lets out a very racist comment about me, completely for free. Worst customer service I have ever seen.If you don't like your job, leave. The servers at the tables seemed super nice and professional, it must be said.Last little comment for those who have their home delivered, we saw orders on the table for the delivery people to be there for 45 minutes….we are talking about raw fish at the reminder.

Ordered 30 sushi and asked for extra soy sauce. Bring only 1 soy sauce, errors in the order and when I call they mention that they can't do anything for me. Not great dry sushi at $60 we want better!

I went to dinner with friends this evening for the third time and unfortunately the last. The food is good, but the service very ordinary. I asked the waitress for a sauce. A waitress who is often there when I go there. A lady with blond hair. She gave me a very poor service by making a comment that was very ordinary. Honestly one of the worst services I have received and it is unfortunately for the other servers who left a very good service.

If you like sushi, don't go there! Simply terrible. 1% fish and 99% rice.The fish is not “so fresh” with a slight aftertaste, the sashimi… paper is thicker. In short, on the sushi side no thank you! Especially at $42.99 per person… however, the service was excellent, our server 10/10 and very friendly. Too bad the food leaves something to be desired

It's very good, it's true that there are sometimes errors in orders and a lot of staff turnover, but it's still a unique concept in the region with a lot of variety. Unfortunately the prices are made too high, especially if you want to go there as a family with children ... and yet I am not stingy.
