Very good chicken poutine taken out yesterday. Short wait of 5 min. to receive the dish. On the other hand, $23 is expensive for a “jumbo” which is actually a large poutine.Also, why not install tables for eating outside? We had to find a park with a table that wasn't super clean.

I have been a customer at the rotisserie since 2016. Since 2023, the quality of service has been in free fall. I order puff sausages as a starter, as well as soup. No mustard sauce as usual in the box. I call to ask if it is possible to have some, they refuse because "I live too far away" and they add insult to injury by telling me that it was my responsibility to ask the lady at phone sauces, and that they are not in error (something I have never had to do in the past). When I say that puff sausages without sauce are not really edible and ask him what he would do in my place, his response "well... put on some ketchup, I don't know what to tell you. It was up to you to ask sauce. If it's not written on the receipt we're not in." Well, bye bye rotisserie. Cooking and feeding the people around you is also a job of PR and interpersonal skills. Unpleasant, $40 in the trash.
