Really deplorable to let an employee manage the entire restaurant all alone poor employee I wanted to bring my children to eat a hotdog and we were refused because the employee was going to dinner and we thought it was normal for him to take a break he seemed overwhelmed and discourage….. entuka never again I will encourage your restaurant

How to be well received at the Valentine Joliettes restaurant.Yesterday we were moving a friend to Joliettes, so for dinner we decided to eat at the Valentine restaurant in Joliettes.We order 3 menus1: a cheese burger, fries and liqueurs,2: a hot dog with liquor and3: two hot dogs with liquorsThe order arrives the waitress calls a number 5 my sister ordered a number 5, but in the tray there are two cheese Burgers and a fries!!!! My sister says to the waitress I didn't order 2 cheese Burgers the waitress answers her we made a mistake so say thank you and go sit down (phew already quite rude) my sister opens her cheese it's with bacon she brings back the tray. .but the waitress tells him we offer it to you! but very very kindly ? Me and my brother are still waiting for our order!!!!!' While we wait my brother says to my sister I'm so hungry I'm going to eat the cheese you have too many….. but during this time the waitress and a person who is the manager (I found out later) say that my brother devoured the cheese so the manager decides to remove the hot dogs from his tray… but they always talk on a strong enough for the whole restaurant to understand that somewhere we stole a cheese ???? I'm tired I ask to speak to the manager. But the manager is the one who calls us thieves ??? puff we warned twice for the error.He says that we will never be served in his restaurant again, he offers us bags to eat out, we say ok we come from Montreal. He replies this explains that.We are called thieves for a mistake made by them and we were further insulted.BRAVO RESTAURANT VALENTINE JOLIETTES.
