I rarely leave ratings, but I am compelled to let both patrons and owners know how poor the customer service was. Staff was curt and seemed bothered to be there. Food was also mediocre. Last time I will go out of my way to visit this Sushi Shop.

This sushi is B grade fish and they charge restaurant prices. I spent $89 for 20 rolls and 8 pieces of sashimi. The wasabi also tastes like a lower grade - bitter tasting. You can pick up at Katoreya on Sources for the same cost and the quality is waaaayyyyy better. I went here thinking it was achain-lower cost suchi place.l but it's not, more like chain and high end prices. Never again.

My husband picked up a combo pack of sushi for our dinner & took from the stock in the fridge. I could not believe how fresh and tasty the sushi was, it was really good!

Best sushi shop franchise in town by far!The service is amazing.. the ladies always care the most I've been to a lot of them over the years however this one is always extremely friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond for me!Cici is the nicest she always takes good care of me every time i order in on the phone my order is ready in no time as I arrive!Food is made fresh and they actually care !Kudos to the staff here thank you for your kindness and good quality sushisThe service food and ambiance is AMAZING!I have 0 complaints!Loveeee the monkey brain salmon it's my favourite thing to get and their ying yang sauce wow I'm craving it right now as Im writing this review!!It's super busy lunch and dinner times but definitely worth it hihiOverall , you got a loyal customer Thank you ladies Cheers

The sushi shop staff was very friendly . We never eat in restaurant. The food is always fresh . Tonight we order poke bowls . I had the tuna and salmon with salad and sticky rice . It was fresh and had a little kick to the dressing. The sushi we order was also fresh a rolled tight . The only issue is that they are not open late. The prices are reasonable and they charge for anything extra like extra ginger .

I’m not sure what happened, if the shop lost its best sushi preparers, but the quality is not there anymore. I was just told that “maybe the tempura was not crunchy because it got mixed in with some mayonnaise and became really soft”. I don’t care why it wasn’t crunchy, it should not be served. Our sushi just didn’t taste right. And the customer service was decidedly lacking… I would avoid this place and go to another Sushi Shop, there’s plenty around.
