The restaurant "Le Doyen" is undoubtedly the culinary jewel of Saguenay Lac-Saint-Jean. A BIG WOW!!! We had the privilege of celebrating our wedding at the Auberge des 21. I have only positive things to say about the location within walking distance of several attractions, the breathtaking view, the well-equipped and good-sized rooms, the cleanliness places, the exceptional kindness of the staff, and the extraordinary flavor of the dishes served during our reception. We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary there and it was a delight, we warmly recommend the 9-course menu, the chef is very talented and we taste his creativity and his passion. Thank you for this fabulous tasting moment.
