The whole staff is lovely, and professional, they work hard to make sure everyone feels cared for, especially when I forgot my ticket in excitement to see my finished pieces they made sure I got them all and offered to pack them for me. Recenty they had been having trouble with their kiln but still got everything done very fast, within a week and a half, I was expecting double the wait. They're fully bilingual, which I love. They charge by piece instead of by the hour, so everyone with all budgets can enjoy the studio. Will definitely be my got to ceramic studio, even my mum was intrigued when I showed her the finished pieces my boyfriend, best friend, and I made, and she's at that fun age where she dislikes most thingsCan't wait to go back, thank you to all the staff who made this such a lovely first experience ?

The meal service was quick. Perfect activity for family and friends!Points to improve:It would be nice if you cooked the pieces of the same order at the same time. We (me and my sister) had called to say the order was ready. Once there, it was only my sister's piece that was ready. We were told to come back in the afternoon since my things were in the oven and we were told they would be ready. Because we didn't have time to come back the same day and the day after, we went there two days later. Only one out of two ceramics was ready. So we have to come back...I'm probably not a pro in this area but I found that $20 for a small 4cm diameter piece was a bit expensive compared to a $25 rice bowl.All in all, I highly recommend the place, I really enjoyed this experience! There are just a few things to improve :)
