Disclaimer: This review, by no means, is aimed at the employees, who are, in fact really nice.My issue is with the restaurant food, or the lack thereof.Apparently, their noodle portions ( Pad Sew in my case) are predetermined, so now the customer ends up with half a box. Not only are their noodle boxes smaller than Thaiexpress, but now they leave them half empty. I mean, for a $20 meal, have the decency to serve it right.I, for one, won't visit this franchise
Very bad experience. The food tastes awful, rice was half cooked and wonton was over cooked. The lid wasn't closed properly and all the soup was splashed in my car. Staff were very slow at preparing food...when I arrived there was no body but I still waited around 30 mins. I think it's unacceptable for a fast food. Avoid.

Leaving the kitchen, the cook dropped a plastic bag containing noodles and placed it on the work surface; we inherited it. Employees in the kitchen without fishnet, 6 mini noodles in meal soup, and a kilometer further, cold meal once at home. I had one loyalty card too many in my wallet………Good luck!
