The dine-in and take-out experiences are completely different. For dine-in, the food was great, well-served and delicious. However, I was quite disappointed on my Uber-eat order: The fries were of very small portions and undercooked whereas the burger was quite greasy. I do not recommend having your order delivered and only opt for dine-in.

Honestly worse food ive ever eaten, If i coule leave 0 I would also wish i could leave a picture to show yall also paid 60$$ !!! For 2 burgers a pinch of fries my chicken caeser was just lettuce no toppings with a chicken finger in small pièces and also no vinaigrette. Honestly who ever made this meal should be ashamed.

Alright, here we go.I've ordered from here before, quite a few times, and never had any issues until tonight. Tonight, we decided to order a couple of the burger combos because they were two for one. Also ordered a hot dog.Order arrived about an hour later, maybe a little less than that. Note that I can actually walk to this place in about an hour.Opened the bag and found both the side dishes missing from the order. The burgers, though alright, looked like no care went into their preparation - the buns were soggy and the toppings were both sparse and haphazard, not what I have received previously. But the worst: the hot dog. The dog itself was colder than the condiments that were put on it, and the bun was stale. And when I say cold, I mean that it was as though they probably just took it out of the package in the fridge and put it in the bun. It had never even been shown a heat source.I am very disappointed, and will likely not be ordering from here again. I did not call to complain because, based on the responses to other low-star reviews in the past few weeks here, I felt that this was better posted for the public to see.To the owner(s): I would highly recommend that you train your staff (which you claim to be lacking, or training) on how to follow order tickets, and to make sure that the food is checked before being sent out.EDIT: Re: response. Did you even read the text beyond the first point? The hot dog was uncooked. As in not cooked. PAS CUIT. All side dishes were missing. And, based on other reviews lately, all of the excuses are being foisted onto the delivery drivers, as in your case. A thermal bag would not have cooked the hot dog.I see constructive criticism isn't taken here, so so be it.

Ordered flagship burger 2-1 on Uber eats with two poutines as sides. Received two plain cheeseburgers and fries, naturally Uber assumed a 5$ credit would be sufficient (spoiler: it's not). Burgers weren't even wrapped properly.If you're going to offer BOGO on UberEats, you have to actually be ready to READ and properly prepare what's ordered.

It is too too bad that when they know, customers via Uber Eats can not call them or return the food, they send these uneatable stuff. I think the patty, if we can even call it that, was actual tree bark chips mixed with cardboard.The meat was severely burnt all around the outside and dry as dry can be, I mean the dryness was so bad I could have used the meat itself as a napkin to clean a spilled drink and it would have soaked up all of it.The size of the patty was laughably small and the shape of it was that of a squished golf ball.The amount of ketchup and mayo used was plainly ridiculous, there was more of that than actual meat and possibly even lettuce.For what is of the bun, the thing was completely soggy which I guess helped me swallow the dry meat.For a 7inch dish, the poutine was not even full. There was enough fries to fill three fiths of the aluminum plate. I could literally count the amount of cheese curds used, it was 7, maybe 8 since they probably fused together. Some of the fries were burnt aswell.The sauce was actually decent, it had that classic dark brown glaze and tasted good.All in all, I hope they continue to improve as it is always good to be better than yesterday but yeah I would not order from them again.

Sergei would be very sad by the fact that he’s burger place became so horribly disgusting, I ordered Roma Buger because they are my favorite , bruschetta , cheese and bacon with a nice paddy of meat , what I got was completely difrent from when Sergei was the owner… I actually got diced tomatoes with mayo….that burger tasted horrible , I will never ever go back , what shame this was my favorite placeAnd as you can see the response of the new owners is to attack the client and be in denial , sorry new owners this joint is just nasty the burger are just horrible and the employees just clueless this is what happens when you pay poorly the quality becomes poorly as well , maybe its the same ingredients but the chefs are not at the same level as Sergei he was an artist

Delicious, the food was scrumptious and the service was very good, the lady working was handling the service, the commands, the food and the cleaning but still, she was fast and did it good ! Impressive I totally recommend !!Ps : it was quite cheap too ! ?

The hamburgers are delicious, the fries are always dark brown, but what was really disappointing was seeing the place dirty, the smell and the sticky floor.Definitely not a clean and neat kitchen.

While the burgers are ok, I asked for it to be in ciabatta and not brioche. The onion rings were overcooked and tasted like old, rancid fry oil.

Amazing nice people. Was give the wrong order by the user driver and came back to fix it. They gave me a new order without any problems and the food is delicious

I just ordered through UberEats and can't eat my order. My instructions clearly stated no onions on a burger that has caramelized onions. I have trouble digesting onions & if I eat this burger, I will end up in the bathroom with diarrhoea within 5 minutes. Second, the home cut fries for the Poutine were not cooked enough, al denté in the middle. Everything went in the garbage. I wasted $40+. Not a happy camper.
