Promised my kids that we would go to this place after their activity knowing that is opened until 10pm. Arrived on site a little before 9pm, the guy was still making a blizzard. Waiting for about 10 minutes and the a girl arrived. Wanted to order but she said that they close at 9pm. The sigh in the window clearly says 10pm. Refused tu serve us even when we ere there before 9pm

This DQ has been at this location as long as I can remember. If your looking for a treat,they have many choices and really nice cakes.Parkung is no problem and they have a drive through.

Did a Door Dash order for 2 large blizzards only received 1 of the 2 , though charged me for 1 never was advised about the other half of my order, really poor communication on DQ's part.

Visited yesterday. Waited 10+ minutes in line as they served 5 drive thru customers before those standing outside. Once they took my order, they told me that app coupons don’t work in Quebec (which appears to be true, even though the app tells me where the nearest DQ is in Quebec). Disappointed, I order two small dipper cones. $9.50?!? You’ve got to be kidding. Went to McDonald’s and got something similar for $4. Won’t be back.

We ordered a Birthday cake cookie dough Blizzard and 2 Hot Fudge Sundaes...Neither Hot Fudge Sunday had Hot Fudge, they put some gross chocolate syrup they use for chocolate milkshakes instead.. come on for real not that hard.. and is the BCCD Blizzard supposed to taste so lemony? A letdown and even worse cause by the time we get home no way we can get back to get what we ordered properly

Constantly messes up orders. I've had 3 times in a row where I order 2 of the same ice cream and I only get one. I have also had where they gave me the wrong ice cream and one time they had a bit of peanut butter on my ice cream which I'm allergic to. DO NOT GO HERE
