The old chef left and started his own restaurant called One Stop about two years ago, so I can't vouch for the food as it is now, but I know for a fact that the owner's a crook. In his business dealings, he makes deals with people and then goes back on his word whenever it suits him and won't follow through unless you lean on him.He applied to rent the spot but never went through with it. Only after another restaurant (Lincoln's and later Vicky's Catering) opened up and appeared to be doing well did he open his restaurant almost next door (why the landlord allowed this I'm not sure).I don't feel like giving this guy my business when there's lots of good options elsewhere.
