How is it that MacDonald Cooperation allowing this place to run this way and ruin the franchise's name. This is the only McDonald in the world that is always running out of stuff: Ice Cream, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and coke. Always mistakes in the orders, cold fries, do I need to say more. Any one in head office is reading these reviews, I will contact head office.

I have noticed a recurring problem every time I order from this restaurant, regardless of the application I use. The order is never right. I either receive missing food or the wrong order altogether. I find it absurd that despite charging a premium for their food, they cannot ensure that the order is complete and accurate. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it seems like every time I order, there is always something wrong. Additionally, the staff at this establishment is unresponsive to phone calls reporting issues with the order. I believe they need to step up their game and improve their services to become a better company.

Every time I go to the drive-thru they make me go either to the 3rd window or to the parking lot.. the service it offers is redundant.. not to mention the items that have been forgotten many times, double checked your orders . Staff who speak French with difficulty.

This has to be the worst mcdonald's I have seen so far. Almost everytime there is something. Missing items in take out orders. In the restaurant, fries are cold, no bbq sauce, no ketchup, sachets sticky, no coke !?!? And we pay for this??? I know the owner might reply with excuses. I don't want to hear or read excuses. We pay money and expect what we pay for.Avoid at all cost

The McDonald's on Newman is very good I recommend it they renovated it not long ago the service is excellent and the people are courteous the food is goodParking: It has about, I would say, 20 years of space and there aren't many people.
