The pizza was handed to me UPSIDE DOWN and cold! All the pizza’s toppings were on the lid of the box!!! I had to scrap the toppings back onto the pizza dough. I had ask for a Sprite and I got a Pepsi! When I call the restaurant to voice my disappointment, the owner was RUDE and puts me on hold for a long while. When we came back to the phone he deflected blame saying I reside 20 minutes away (He’s obviously NOT from lasalle or even from this province!) I had placed my order at 3 PM for 6. He yells that he’s really busy and that normally he doesn’t take orders in advance!? Makes no sense so he prefers that we all call during rush hour? This wouldn’t change his unprofessional attitude and lack any sense of business! He proceeded to yell at me : « So now what?
