I ordered takeout today. Generally speaking, the taste is quite satisfactory. The most delicious product in my impression is chili oil, but today I found that chili oil sells for 4 yuan?????????????!!!!!! !!!!!!!!! I also ordered fried spinach today, please take this dish off the shelf immediately. I wonder if you guys have tried it yourself when you invented this dish. It tastes amazing.

I ordered Combo A (2) and the wontons were extremely over cooked, the chicken was just fried batter (no chicken inside, and if there was it was burnt stuff I’m not even sure was chicken) , the beef and broccoli was more broccoli than anything else. The spring rolls were good, but the whole experience was such a disappointment because I used to order the exact same thing a while ago. Also the portions are pretty bad for the quality. (Ordered through Uber Eats)

DO NOT believe the order confirmation message you receive from them. We ordered dim sum in the morning and the order confirmation said we need to go pick it up at 11:30. I arrive there at 11:35 and they said they only received the order 5 minutes ago because they only open at 11:30. So they said that I need to wait 30 minutes because they only started preparing the food. Their system is not working and I would not recommend ordering dim sum from them until they GET THAT FIXED!

This was by far the most terrible, disgusting Chinese takeout experience I have ever had. $18 for a tiny portion of “peanut butter” chicken, which was actually some frozen mystery meat drenched in water that had a slight peanut flavour. No veggies, but it did come with some disgustingly sweet seaweed. If the owner is reading this, let me know when I can come back for my refund.

The food is pretty good, but they don’t respect delivery drivers. I placed an order with Uber Eats a while ago, and my order took nearly an hour and a half to arrive. I could see in the app that my food was taking a long time to be prepared. When my driver finally received the food, they arrived at my home very quickly. I didn’t complain. It really wasn’t a big deal. However, when I rated my meal, I added the “Too Slow” tag on my rating for the restaurant. I’ve ordered from them multiple times, and my order took almost twice as long to arrive than expected, so that was an accurate assessment of the situation.Someone at Chez Ping had the time to respond to my rating by blaming the driver for my late food, telling me that I can use the app to track food prep and driver delivery progress. I already knew I could do that. That’s why I didn’t blame the driver for my food taking forever to arrive. I kept looking at the app to see why it was taking so long, and the food was in the preparation stage for ages.While the food is pretty good, Chez Ping’s willingness to pass their minor mistakes off on unsuspecting delivery drivers left a bad taste in my mouth.EDIT (because it doesn't look like I can reply): Since the issue is with the app, I would really appreciate you contacting them about it, not me. I get why the problem is happening, and it's definitely unfair, but since I can't actually fix it, being told about it sounds more like an excuse than a reason. "It's not our fault, it's theirs!"-type messages don't read well over the internet at all, even when you're in the right. That being said, thanks for clarifying the previous response. I hope Uber Eats listens to your feedback and updates the order progress bar so that it better reflects what's actually happening as the meal is being prepared.Looking forward to my next order from your restaurant.

The food was excellent I would give them 5 stars but because I asked for no carrots and they put and they didn’t include soya sauce. Portions are large and the food is super tasty ?

Super tasty and yummy excellent service the place is just to take out no dine in but it’s worth it meal are huge you can not be finished by one person the amount of food they put is insane plus the people are so respectful and the service are good love it
