I've been ordering there for like 6 years! But lately the food is really mediocre... You ask for TENDER beef (because they are good so that the meat is hard as a rock) and in the end you still end up with everything except good meat. My macaroni salad with mayo which has clearly been out of the fridge for too long.. Dry rice, plantains too.. Ultimately nothing fresh and respectful for the customers! Skip your turn, it's no longer worth ordering it.

The food is always good but why did I place an order for a fish dinner today and got over charged for the meal and delivery ?.. I'm really upset I couldn't even enjoy my dinner . This is unsatisfactory... even if I get it credited to the next meal this should never occur...

I used to like it but now I have just eaten the worst harmful dish of my life!! Rice that tastes like cloves, burnt vegetables and tough meat and they tell me to order elsewhere!! And of course I don’t recommend this restaurant! No customer service!! Adios under the palm

This place is overall good, but there is some basic things they are doing completely wrong1- No second lines when you call, so if they are already on the phone when you try to call, too bad. When you are indeed able to talk to them, the service is not top tier. English or french, same outcome.2- Extremely slow to prepare the food, I called 10 minutes in advance for a pickup, ended waiting 20 minutes inside.3- The food quality is not consistent, 75% of the time It’s delicious 10/10. The remaining 25% is the food being too dry or not tasting fresh. I often have my porc grio being way to dry.Overall I really like it, but those first 2 points are basic operational problems that should not even be existing in the first place in 2024.
