Today , I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon. When I started to eat my bagel I felt something sharp in my mouth and immediately spit out my food. When I looked at what was in my bagel, I saw a splinter of wood!! How does that even happen. This is not the first time I have ordered from this location and have had issues. A few weeks back I ordered a bagel as well and at the first bite it tastes like mould so it was shot out. Waste of money

Awful service. I ordered in drive through & repeated my order 2 times to make sure she got it right. Get to the window pay pull ti the side to check my food and it’s missing something. I go inside (defeats the point of drive through) wait AGAIN and I tell them the orders wrong. Not a single apology and then they try to charge me for the missing bacon in my bagel and give it to me separate from the bagel. Excuse me? I’m supposed to now put the bacon in the bagel myself? Awful service and the quality of the food was awful too. I will literally take a detour to use another Tim Hortons if I have to.

If I can give a zero star I would! The person on shift this morning was a working nightmare. Never going to this branch again and I suggest if you can avoid, you should. You’ll have better luck getting a coffee from McDonald’s. You’ll probably get served with less attitude also.

I have no issue paying for my meals; however for 1.20$ extra to add Creton to an order of toast- you could actually make sure there’s enough on there. ?♀️
