Good in general, but the management seems a bit strange. There was only 1 person doing both drive-thru and dine-in orders, which meant that the person was rushing their life to serve us. Additionally, there was no more paper in the bill dispenser at the counter, so this person had to take our cards and pass them through another machine near the auto order window. Luckily, what I ordered was what I received, and it was very good.

The establishment provided excellent cuisine and service. The freshness of the food appeared to surpass that of our Ontario locations.The staff was exceptional, and fortunately, they were also fluent in English, which was extremely beneficial to me.

The server was not welcoming !An attitude..the burgers were good enough. But the onion rings were burnt cooked to much.I told the server he said; that is how they come that is how they are cooked.I eat at A&W at least one. I know the food served .He said : There is something wrong with the onions when they come in.I told him ,if that is how and what you serve ?"Keep it to yourself.He took them and added 2 nicely cook onion rings over the burnt ones a week.I do not recommend this particular place.
