We were 6 adults and a reservation was made in advance. Unfortunately, the bench seats are very uncomfortable, too small and almost sitting on top of each other. Not made for 6 adults!As a starter, the tempura shrimp are excellent, as is the flank steak.The beef tartare, for its part, is very disappointing and the filet mignon has no taste, it is bland.What about pasta? The sauce is so thick that it becomes pasty.The dessert...crème brûlée is delicious and large portion!For the red wine, which should be drunk at room temperature, was very hot as if it had been placed near an oven before serving. We even put a few ice cubes in our glasses.The service is very average!!!Anyway, it’s been years since we’ve been to Baton Rouge and we know why?

someone should seriously educate the girls / hostesses working at reception.. every time i place a pick up order and show up to pay with cash ,i ALWAYS get the same STUPID question...."do you want your change back" my order is between 30-40$ , im giving you a $50 dollar bill ,, YES I WANT MY CHANGE BACK , do they really think im going to leave $10 of tip for a pick up order????? let alone any tip at all!!!! its a pick up ffs .. and the cherry on top, instead of bringing me back my exact change, she brings me back 2x20$ 2x$5 ?!?!?!?!?! makes no sense

We didn't like our experience during our evening. Everything started well (cocktail and starter) however when receiving our dishes we each received (2 people) two dishes greater than our order after returning the dishes our waitress confronted us by telling us that the dishes in front We were the dishes to order.So, finally not to have a confrontation with the waitress who was Afro-Canadian, we ate the meal presented but left the place without having coffee or a desert.For the atmosphere it is very noisy throughout the restaurant.Give an example: the elderly couple who were next to us at the table very politely asked our waitress if it was possible to lower the volume.His response was I do not have access to the volume control but I will try to notify the manager unfortunately for them nothing about the request was followed up since the manager could not be found.Vegetarian options: Not recommended for the vegetarian option.Parking: Parking in Carrefour Laval communitiesKid-friendliness: No, way too loudWheelchair accessibility: Yes sidewalk adapted limited handicap parking space

The ribs are just outstanding. You will not find better ribs anywhere other than another Baton Rouge .UPDATE : Oh how the mighty have fallen. I've recently had my worst experience at this BR . Dry boney ribs. The ribs have always been my favorite for the longest time. But to serve them without any of their sauce on all of our dishes (we were a party of 5) was really unexpected. The chicken tenders were also not good. They are usually awesome . But this time, they actually sucked. The sweet potato fries were the high point to this meal. Excellent. The service was also really slow. It took about 30 minutes to pay and get one to go order. Only to have the bus boy toss out the to-go plate after we briefly stepped out. After many years of willing to pay the premium to come here. I can't recommend it. You actually are better off buying their frozen ribs at Costco. It's a shame. These were some of the same issues I had at the Anjou location as well. It's a shame .

This is not my usual experience at this location. We were a larger group so it's understandable that there would be one or two mistakes.They ignored us the whole time, no water refill no bread, nothing.The food also took an unusually long time to come, from what they told us they forgot one of the orders so they left all of our food in the oven or under warming lights until they prepared the order they forgot.The result was that everyone who ordered a steak (all medium rare) ended up coming almost well done and a little dry.Nothing was done to correct the situation and barely a curt apology.

We went there last night. We waited a long time for our food. When we finally received it. My son's burger patty was dry and burnt in places and missing BBQ sauce. We had the grill platter. Everything was good but cold! The attitude of the waitress didn't help either. We will never return to this branch. We usually go to Boisbriand and we are never disappointed there.
