My favorite lunch restaurant by far!I don't know what to recommend because everything is worth trying. There were 8 of us and we were served quickly. Every Sunday with my family for several years at Ben et Florentine Val des Breezes, my favorite place to have lunch usually...This Sunday October 29th not able to get my plates for my children after 45 minutes still not received and trying to sit still it was endlessI decide to cancel my order but I can't find my waitress anywhere so another one is returned to the kitchen..Is this nonsense? Finally I receive my plates thanks to the waitress who is in the kitchen lolll I am told by another waitress that it has recently changed owners. So it's FINISHED for meFrom now on AM boulevard Laurentides right next door to more...Good luck to the poor team... I have never seen so much mismanagement and the plates don't look at all like the ones before, they are less well stocked and the fruit leaves something to be desired...

My husband had eggs benedict with steak and had requested not to put Hollandaise sauce on top but only Sriracha sauce, they served him the plate with the Hollandaise sauce, when he remarked that it was not that he had mentioned the waitress returned the dish to the kitchen and brought back the same dish with the hollandaise sauce and the Sriracha sauce on top, a complete lack of understanding on the part of the employees, he also asked for a coffee, there coffee was brought back cold twice.Poor service on a Sunday lunchtime.
Depuis des années je vais dejeuner au Ben Valdes Brises, j'ai toujours eu un bon service avec le personel et ma serveuse, ca toujours été rapide.
J'y suis allé ce dimanche matin 9h30 pas capable d'avoir mon assiette (ça croustille), d'habitude environ 10 minutes et j'étais servie et la 40 minutes pour recevoir ma commande et plus c'était même pas ce que j'avais commandé. Ma serveuse super gentille et professionnelle m'explique que ça changer de propriétaires. Je voyais toutes les tables qui attendaient et qui commençaient à simpatienter.
Finalement je paye à une autre serveuse Bianca, elle aussi super gentille et elle m'explique que ma serveuse est rendue dans la cuisine.. n'importe quoi.
C'est vraiment de Valeur car le resto fonctionnait rainent si fort avant.
Je vais peut-être revenir mais j'espère que ça va être amélioré.

I come very often to this Ben et florentine, and spend a lot of money there. They are supposed to close at 3pm and I was extremely hungry before going on set to film for my job, and they refused service at 2pm. Crazy terrible service that they lied the kitchen was closed:/

I have been a customer for over two years, and I see a difference in service overnight!The young hostess Bernadette is always smiling and welcomes you when you arrive and when you leave. She goes between the tables and ensures that everything is to your complete satisfaction.I highly recommend

My boyfriend and I arrived at 2 p.m. On the website and on the poster, it is mentioned everywhere that closing is at 3PM. When we arrived they turned us around, telling us that they were “closed” and I then asked her why you took 3pm for closing and she replied “well it was really slow today so we decided to close earlier” Knowing very well that there are customers who always come home close to closing. In short, terrible service. You have lost two very loyal customers!
