After 1h20 of waiting for a delivery order I received a “soup” of the day which came with my main meal. I received a big bowl of brown gravy.....? However, it is clearly written on my bill that I had soup of the day.

Sunday, January 11, I called to I told the employee that I had waited half an hour on the phone, she told me that the phone was disconnected. Next time I will call elsewhere. Have meals delivered, I waited half an hour on the phone listening to the message over and over. I got tired of it, and I was looking for my lunch at the restaurant. When I arrived inside the employees seemed to be partying in the kitchen so much that no one heard me enter, I waited 3 to 4 minutes before we noticed that someone had entered.

At the drive-thru the wait was incredible about 25 minutes and only 2 cars in front of me, I specified this to the cashier and she ignored me with a little sarcastic smile, next time I will go to scores or st hub.

The cashier, if I'm not mistaken, in the name of Natacha, was incredibly helpful. There was an error in my online order and this lady took a lot of time to help me resolve the problem and the delivery girl service. incredible also she was patient while me and Natacha spoke on the phone about my problem I'm sorry I don't have the name of the delivery girl it was around 3:30 p.m.I recommend this restaurantTHANKS

Customer service leaves something to be desired. I ordered chicken for three people at the branch on boul. Concorde in Laval. In one of the boxes, one of the loaves was moldy. I called the branch and they only offered me $5 off a $56 bill. And I had to call them after sending the photo of the bread to find out their conclusion. I then wrote to head office to tell them that I found this completely unacceptable. I never got a response. I don't understand why no one saw that the bread was moldy when they toasted it and put it in the box, but I understand even less why a company is willing to lose a customer for a few dollars. I will now buy my roast chicken elsewhere.

Clearly, you have big problems with delivery, last Sunday, you were missing chicken, delivery people, I waited more than an hour and a half for my order which arrived cold, fortunately I was credited for my meal, Saturday evening I order at 8:05 p.m. (to be sure to receive it faster) well no, I received my order 1 hour later, still inedible, the fries were cold, for me it's over, it's not normal to wait 1 hour for an order, pay drivers to respect your customers and offer delivery within 30 minutes. Or let us know before taking our order that it will take 1 hour, then we will have the choice to accept or not!! It’s over Benny for me!!

Hello, Thank you for this discovery of poutine, well I'm not a fan but I wanted to try it. In addition I would like to point out that you are thinking of vegetarians and my order was very good, I appreciated the delivery to my home which I am not used to doing but I will get a taste for it thanks to the speed and punctuality of the delivery person. Good luck to the team.Vegetarian options: Salad was very good, well seasoned. On the other hand, the sauce is a little brown, I have no idea what's in it, I had difficulty tasting it for fear of it staying on my stomach....if someone can tell me what spices there are a and what exactly is it I don't mind...because I prefer to know what I'm eating...but oh well. Thanks for the meal.

J’appelle pour faire préparer ma commande (heure hors pointe). J’attends sur là ligne 8 minutes. J’ai le temps d’arriver donc je raccroche. J’attends 5 minutes le temps que la personne au service aux caisses réponde. Prendre note qu’il n’y a personne dans le restaurant (clients). La nourriture est bonne mais le service à la caisse laisse à désirer ce soir.
