WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS TO US?? Can you believe that they close at 9pm on Saturday night? And the worst part is we went 20 minutes out of our way to eat here (plus orange cone DETOURS of an extra 5 minutes) BECAUSE google said it would be open until 10pm. After we ordered, the lady (very nice honestly and this is NOT her fault!) told us we gad 15 minutes before closing. SLOW CLAP BENNY's.

They make a mistake every time I have it delivered. One wonders if they are not being excipret!! No way to have an exact order delivered. You must ABSOLUTELY pick up your order at the counter so you can check that everything is correct YOURSELF.

I paid $61!!!!!!!!! for ONLY 2 meals. When I opened the boxes, the poutines aren't even made on site anymore, it's disgusting to receive a bag of melted cheese underneath the fries and barely any sauce for the poutine. Very excited about the new way of working. The world is becoming lazy, it’s pathetic.
The food is good but you must check receipt of your order, this includes removing plastic ties and opening boxes before leaving the drive-thru window.If they make a mistake, they will deny it by saying you should have listened when they repeated the command on their very high quality speaker.You will have to make a Karen of yourself so that they correct an obvious error.The restaurant should consider installing a screen displaying the order as in the majority of drive-through services.

Placed my order at 7:50pm arrived at 9:30 pm missing half of the order. The driver couldn't care less didn't even offer to return to the restaurant to get what was missing. I refused the order asked for a reimbursement and they declined. Only in store credit allowed. Lol no thanks. I'll ask my credit card company to look into the refund.

Great rotisserie chicken as usual, the service was friendly and super quick to bring my food. The restaurant was clean and well organized. I would recommend this location of Benny & Co. To anyone who would like to dine there, or takeout.
